Last night at 6:35 we had the arrival of Liam Douglas Campbell Que. Born 9 pound 2. Mother and baby doing fine.

Dawn Service and Ray's March

This morning, I attended my first ANZAC day dawn service with Bashar. The crowed at the Melbourne shrine was incredible and there is something pretty special about standing next to my Turkish born, Australian mate listening to the service (I wish I had a Wallaby Jersey as well).

Afterwards, I had a power nap and went back to watch the march. There, I got to see my Uncle Ray march with the HMAS Sydney, as well as catch up with Chris. Ray was a bit concerned about his legs holding up for the full march, but then managed to walk the same distance again to get to the "nearest" pub, so all good :-)

The New Pram

Today we got up early and went down to the Baby Bunting mega store. So many baby products! We had to get there early, because last week we discovered that the pram area gets crowded with all the pregnant ladies test running prams, and a host of staff trying to sell it to them.

We ended up going for the "Bertini" pram. It's very light, and easy to push and maneuver. And unlike some of the other prams like bug-a-boo, it didn't cost $1800.



Nice, with a chic Italian name :-)
